Earning Badges
As staff expand their knowledge about products and services by reading tips and watching videos they earn badges. Some badges show progress of knowledge in an area, for example a staff member can see how close they are to becoming an expert in reptiles and earning the Reptile Species badge. Built-in assessment makes it easy for managers to “sign off” staff on their knowledge.
